Yes. Your conversations are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not
sell your data or share your conversations with third parties. Ever.

Go to Profile and scroll to Choose Your Grandma. Pick from five culturally distinct
personas โ African, White, Latina, African American, and Asian โ or create your own by describing your
real grandmother. You can change her anytime.
What does the free plan include? โบ
Free users get 5 chats per day with Grandma. Upgrading to Plus unlocks unlimited chat,
chat analysis, and suitor comparison. Premium adds the Dating CV builder, Breakup Navigator, custom
persona, and Real Grandma sessions.
How does the referral programme work? โบ
Share your personal referral link from your Profile page. When a friend signs up using

1. What Ask Grandma is
Ask Grandma is an
AI-powered relationship advice platform. It is not a licensed therapy service, a medical service, or a
crisis intervention service. If you are in crisis please contact a licensed professional or emergency
services.
2. Your data
We store your
conversations, profile, and usage data securely via Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third
parties. We do not use your conversations to train AI models without explicit consent. You can request
deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
3. Subscriptions and
payments
Subscriptions are billed
monthly. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are handled
on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. Age requirement
You must be 18 or older
to use Ask Grandma. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Acceptable use
Ask Grandma is for
personal relationship guidance only. Do not attempt to extract harmful content, misuse the AI, or use the
platform for commercial purposes without permission. Accounts that violate these terms will be closed.
